BS Series

The Poolad-Borche BS series is equipped with servo pumps to add precision to and enhance the control of the flow of fluid throughout the system. The primary advantage of using a servo pump is reduction in energy consumption. Compared to traditional motor pumps and variable displacement pumps, a servo pump can reduce energy consumption by as much as 20% to 80%. The servo pumps used in the Poolad-Borche BS series are made by either Voith or Eckerle companies both of which are based in Germany.

The BS Series is equipped with a three-platen clamping unit and is manufactured in a variety of sizes ranging from 60 tons to 1800 tons. The control panel for the BS Series is provided by the Austrian company KEBA, which is available in different languages including Farsi.

Servo Pump (Up to 80% reduction in energy consumption)

 

In the injection moulding industry, servo pumps are mainly used for saving energy. At any point during the production cycle where there is no need for the hydraulic fluid system to be running, a servo pump can shut itself down and effectively drop energy consumption to zero.

The servo pumps in the BS series are made by either Voith or Eckerle companies both of which are based in Germany.

Servo pumps enhance the control of the pressure and speed factors. Controlling these factors causes a smoother machine operation yielding final parts with more accurate weight and geometry
